The Herman Volunteer Fire Company is a 100% all volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to preserving life and property of the residents of Herman and surrounding communities.

To help fund the organization, the Herman Volunteer Fire Company holds monthly and special fundraising events, such as raffles and other similar small games of chance.

We do collect your personal information, like name, address, etc., and store this information on our server, but we will not use this information, other than to interact with you and process your payments. We will not sell or distribute your information to any third-party, unless it is related to the processing of your order.

Herman VFC uses “Stripe” to process your credit card. We also purchased a third-party security (SSL) certificate to encrypt your data when purchasing a subscription. Refunds/Returns

All purchases are final. We are sorry. We do not offer refunds for raffle tickets after the drawing. If you have any questions, email us at info@hermanvfc.org.

Failed Payments for Subscribers

If your credit card fails to be charged, your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be able to enter the raffle. Your subscription may also be cancelled.

The quickest way to cancel is to visit https://www.hermanvfc.org/my-account/ Just click “Cancel” to cancel your subscription. As long as you did this prior to your renewal date (it is usually the day in which you initially subscribed), your credit card will not be charged.

Unless otherwise noted, purchases are “Virtual” and customers will not receive any physical item. Please retain your confirmation page and/or email confirmation of your order.
